I scheduled an appointment with them, the lady at the front desk said she was unsure about doing an alignment due to the length of my truck (F350 4 door, not a dually) but implied that a rotation and what not would be fine. I wanted a rotation and quick look over to begin with, alignment check if possible. Upon driving through traffic at 745am in Denver (bad traffic) in my big ol truck, then waiting at the desk for service (they were busy) the guy tells me he's sorry but they can't do any of it, and gives my key back. Now I get to drive through more amazing traffic as it's now 830am... Rarely do I leave a negative review of anywhere, but I feel like a rotation and look over could still be done. The alignment thing I understand, but I stated that if it wasn't dead on I understood and wasn't worried, I just wanted it looked at. Their rack is designed for 165" wheelbase or less. This truck is 168" wheelbase.

Amazing service! I’ve been having car troubles with my Mazda lately and every time I have gone in the staff have been wonderful and welcoming. Jason in particular is a superb employee and always gives me a high five when I walk in the door and has helped me find the right rim for my car, the best tires (still working so they must be good!) and he and Kevin fixed the master cylinder in my car after another shop had screwed it up. Amazing guys and girls work super hard here and if you’re ever having trouble with your car you should definitely stop here. They try their best to get your car back on the road as quick as humanly possible. Every other tire shop and general maintenance center in the area were useless and overpriced.

Today I came in panicking because I bought wiper blades that said they would fit my car and just wouldn't. (Jason behind the counter tried and couldn't get them on either). He very graciously talked me through it and helped me get some that worked so I wouldn't have to drive to work with a towel wrapped around the metal rod that was my wiper. I've been in before for oil changes and other maintenance on my vehicle. It's not always the fastest, especially on weekends when everyone else in town is trying to get an oil change, but they're always friendly and professional.

Rachel was brilliant. She helped me understand everything about my car. This is my first car so I didn't know a lot about the parts she was talking about. She was more than happy to explain them all to me. She wasn't trying to take money out of me, and let me know what parts I needed eventually. She even stayed open a few minutes later for me so I could grab my car since I was running late. What a true asset to the company!

Excellent service with a smile. Jason even helped me out getting a ride while my tires hot changed. Will refer all my friends and family to this location!
