I just had my car repaired at Hands Automotive and was very pleased with the results. I was able to get in and out in less than an hour with a repair that was a major safety hazard. I appreciated Ray and Adam's thoroughness and ability to diagnose and repair the problem so quickly. Thanks, Hands Auto, for a great job fixing my car AND serving the community.

On 5/21/16 I was driving down Colfax when a hose fitting to my heater core literally broke off. Wasn't long before the truck over heated and shut it self off to avoid damage.  As the truck was puttering out I turned right just to get off Colfax and coasted about 100ft.  Just in front of me I noticed Hands Automotive so I went in and met Chrystal.  She went ahead and walked over to the truck with me to take a look.  I assumed that the whole heater core had to be taken out and replaced which would cost a lot.  She found out that we could just do the plastic fitting on the end.  Despite being super busy and having to go to a funeral in the early afternoon, they got me taken care of that day.  The repair was reasonably priced, especially for just fitting me in last minute.  I usually don't write reviews but thought they deserved it.  I found out that they are also involved in repairing donated vehicles for single mom's in need.  Seems like a great place.

I am amazed and impressed with this group.  Ray treated both me and my wife with a ton of respect and went out of his way to be sure we understood the issues that were NEEDED and the things that might need attention down the road but NOT right now. Another shop was trying to tell us we NEEDED over $1100 worth of work.  Ray told us our looked great and offered an estimate for the optional work if we chose to do it.  I am a loyal customer!

I just came in for a simple oil change, knowing my vehicle has some mechanical issues that need tended to at some point...
Jim and Crystal were super friendly and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to others.
