Andrea Warner is BY FAR the BEST property manager my husband and I have ever had. We have been renting for 10yrs, 6 of which Andrea was our property manager. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a property to rent, buy, or sell go with her and her company Colorado Peak Real Estate. She goes above and beyond to help fill all expectations, wants and needs. She's very professional, kind, and always goes out of her way. Seeing her determination to always be there for anything, my husband and I will definitely be looking for a home with Andrea to purchase in the near future. Highly Recommend for ALL property needs, rent, buy, or sell.

Do not do business with this company as a renter or  have them manage your property!! Your property will not be looked after and inspection aren't done like they should be. Once the renter has moved out of the home the agent then finds reasons to not give back your deposit and claims you left the home in bad conditions when in fact you return the home just as it was ( cleaner in fact) when you moved in. The lady whom runs this place is very unorganized and quite rude. I strongly advise you not to use this company If you would like to keep your property safe and taken care of. Also for renters if you are looking for a stressful company to rent from this is that company, but if you don't want that then please go threw another company!!!! (should be able to give negative stars)

Highly recommend this company for property owners and rentersAndrea is a true professional who always takes good care of her clients and the properties that she represents. As a sub contractor who does work for Colorado Peak Realty I can tell when the property manager cares....and Andrea cares!

Andrea and Colorado Peak Real Estate NAILED it! She started out as our property manager, and then her keen knowledge of market conditions enabled us to list and sell the home within 5 weeks. First, her extensive market study helped us list at the perfect "sweet spot" to land an offer within only 5 ...FIVE! ..days of listing the property. To get the property ready for sale, she also has a solid network of vendors for maintenance, who are trustworthy small businesses, and won't gouge your wallet. We live out of state, so she kept up prompt and frequent communication (great use of electronic documents) and then closed the sale on our behalf, and was an overall excellent Seller agent.
