My husband, Michael, and I have worked with Rachel Buller for over 15 years. She has been our agent for 9 transactions (both buying and selling). We would NEVER use anyone else. She is simply the best. She is organized, listens and adapts to your individual needs, and executes with infallible competency and professionalism. For example, my sister tried to sell my parents' home with a different realtor against my advice. She finally admitted it wasn't working and switched to Rachel. Rachel sold the house promptly for a great price. She is especially good at giving advice regarding staging a house for sale, what to fix, etc. You just won't find anyone better. Whitney Lewis was also excellent.  The photos she had professional taken for websites were very impacting.  A picture can be worth a thousand words because so many people research homes online.  We recommend Rachel and Manitou Springs Real Estate without reservation.  :-)

Retired and downsizing, we were interested in finding a small house within walking distance to the Manitou Springs downtown area. We were extremely fortunate to find Manitou Springs Real Estate and especially, Whitney Lewis. Her services as our Buyer Agent were exceptional. She went way above and beyond expectations in helping us through the process.

She has been very patient with us from start to finish and was always available to answer our questions. It is with out hesitation that we recommend MSRE for anyone looking for a property in Manitou or Colorado Springs.  Regardless of our position ( buyer / seller), Rachel has been there with us every step of the way. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately, and her insight into the Real estate market is invaluable. 
If you are looking for a " down to earth", measured, honest professional broker/ agent to represent you with any Real Estate sales/ transaction- feel confident in hiring Rachel Buller/ MSRE.

We recently sold our house in Manitou Spring with Patty S at Manitou Springs Real Estate. I do not have the words to describe what a wonderful job she did. Shortly after we signed with her, I was in an serious accident that left me in the hospital for several weeks. We hadn't even had the chance to start the repairs needed on the house before we could put it on the market. Patty quickly offered to give us any help we needed whether we decided to sell or not. She also came to visit me in the hospital with flowers just to see how I was doing. All our plans got way off schedule, of course, but we decided to go ahead with selling the house and moving out of state. Patty helped us figure out the best way ahead and took over figuring out repairs. We had to move for a job before the repairs were finished and Patty kept on top of it all. She went to the house several times a week to check on things, make sure all of our mail was being forwarded, the pipes didn't freeze up, etc. and kept in constant contact with us. When our first buyer had to back out at the last minute for personal reasons, Patty pushed her sleeves up and started all over again for us. Altogether she spent about six months working her tail off to get our house sold at a good price. This was one of the cheaper houses for this location, so Patty more than earned the small percentage of the sale she got. Not only did Patty do a fantastic job selling her house, her kindness and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten.
