I have worked with Weichert for the last six years, as a property management company, they have good customer service, as everyone I have spoken with has been polite and professional, the company also provides great clean up around our property, Mike has always been there when we've asked. Every work order we've needed to call in has been fixed at the earliest opportunity , would recommend

The experience I had with Weichert Realtors was terrible! With them for a year. My Girlfriend and I arrived in October 2016. The place was disgusting. Grease, boogers on the walls,dirt, stuff left over from previous tenant. Broken outlets. We called and emailed and no one responded. They were only punctual after we canceled out lease. I highly recommend staying away! They also took the majority of our deposit on false charges. Cleaning, repairs. When we left the place better then we found it. It is not fair to steal money form clients. No professionalism. Hope this helps with your decision. Have a nice day.

Be prepared to have to climb everest and obtain a magical talisman from a magical imp to get your security deposit back. Intentionally unobtainable standards must be met. Normal wear and tear is all on you. Cleaned apartment for three days, scrubbing walls and power washing kitchen, got charged a cleaning fee. They charged me for stuff that my disgusting Neighbors threw out in the dumpsters. Pinned on me I guess just because I moved out that week.

My office currently rents from Weichert. The staff, particularly KayLee and Jason, went above and beyond during our move and have continued to have the same great, helpful attitudes since then. If I were to personally rent again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
