Fabulous experience! Steve went above and beyond at nearly every turn during our purchase.  He showed extreme patience and kindness as the seller didn't speak English.  He was always willing to assist in last minute desires such as meeting us to measure the house for paint. He even worked with us after closing to get a missing garage door opener.  Incredibly fun journey- Thank you!

We had an amazing experience selling our home. Kelly Raffaelli made the selling of our home and wonderful and easy experience. She did a great job of keeping us on track and letting us know what to expect during each phase of the process. Excellent agent. Excellent company.

We worked with Brooke who did an amazing job at simplifying the home buying process for us. As first time home buyers we had so  many questions that she patiently answered as she walked us through everything step by step.  She truly cares about her job and making sure her clients are happy and comfortable with the purchase and all decisions that come with buying a home. Tiffany was also a huge help in leading us through the financing and loan process and securing insurance.  They made buying a home exciting and as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Springs Homes.

I had the great pleasure of working with Steve to buy my first home. Steve went above and beyond my expectations and made my first experience with buying a home easy and memorable. Steve is very knowledgeable and cares deeply about his client to ensure he gets you the best fit. Even after closing he continues to keep in touch and makes sure all is well.

Courtney was outstanding from start to finish. As out-of-state and first time home buyers she was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and walking us through the process. She was always prompt in her replies and always had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend her to any home buyer as she will not disappoint!
