Jim in the goggles section earns this rating for the store! He was cheerful, patient, and completely understood two small kids who were part excited and part little kid thresholding out over finding ski equipment. We came out with the best fitting gear for our crew and will totally be back! Wheel of the buy used gear deal, especially for little kids who outgrow stuff so fast!

Was much better when it was just a bike shop.  They just opened a Colorado Ski and Golf in the same space.  Now, since bikes are out of season (though in a climate altered Colorado are they ever?), the bike supply choices were meager.  Was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable bike tech.  Guess I should be grateful that there’s now another ski place that’s convenient.

I used to love this place but I guess the move made the staff horrid. This place used to be extremely customer friendly but now they are not. I wanted a repair job on my snowboard, rused. I was willing to pay the 35$ fee for the rush service, on top of what the repair would cost. However, I was at work and had to send my girlfriend over to drop the board off. I called, trying to pay for the service with my credit card over the phone, trying to prevent my girlfriend from paying for my board. The lady who answered was unhelpful AND extremely rude. I was not allowed to pay over the phone and there was no solution other than having my girlfriend pay prior to services rendered. I was willing to pay prior to services rendered, just over the phone. Anyway, told my girlfriend not to go as I will not support a business who treats people as such. As a salesperson you do not need to be rude, and even if you cant help me, a sorry would suffice. 

If I could give less than one star I would. This type of business is based completely on return customers. I will not be returning.

Nice store, large sale floor, and nice staff. They have a good selection of winter and summer great depending on the season. Very accessible from Wadsworth Blvd.

Clean store with modern selections and kind staff. The store is well-lit and has a lot of selection for a non-chain location. It was a little busy, and a little hard to get assistance, but everyone was very kind, and you can't control foot traffic. I highly recommend going during non-peak hours to maximize customer service.
