Was much better when it was just a bike shop. They just opened a Colorado Ski and Golf in the same space. Now, since bikes are out of season (though in a climate altered Colorado are they ever?), the bike supply choices were meager. Was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable bike tech. Guess I should be grateful that there’s now another ski place that’s convenient.

Clean store with modern selections and kind staff. The store is well-lit and has a lot of selection for a non-chain location. It was a little busy, and a little hard to get assistance, but everyone was very kind, and you can't control foot traffic. I highly recommend going during non-peak hours to maximize customer service.

I spent almost 1000$ dollars through Ski and Golf for the up and coming snowboarding season and when I had a problem with my goggles the manager had told me that I can take them back if anything went wrong. I took them back due to having problems with fogging, and asked for my money back. They made me feel like it was a privilege that they were even giving me in-store credit for my goggles (even though the manager told me I could come in if they were faulty). I could have gone on amazon for the exact same goggles I wanted for less money and I even had told them that and they rudely disregarded it. They only would give me in-store credit so then I had to special order the goggles I wanted because they didn’t have them in stock. I had to wait four days for them to call me to get my information when they had told me it would only take 1 day and then another 2 weeks to finally get my goggles. It seemed like they could have cared less and that I was inconveniencing them and they only wanted to make a dollar off of me.

My son comes here to trade up his gear as part of the SOS program for kids who snowboard. I'm really glad that they participate in this wonderful program for kids. The price to trade up gear is very reasonable.

My wife and I had been discussing buying new bikes for some time, so we were in the neighborhood and decided to stop in to look around at Bicycle Village. Kyle approached us and talked us through many different options and available features. He was not pushy at all, and he was very knowledgeable about everything on the floor. He even let us ride around the store to try out bikes! We weren't quite ready to buy just yet, so he even wrote down model numbers so we could do some price comparisons. We came back a week or so later to buy, and this time Cooper was there, who was also very helpful and accommodating. Then, following our purchase, we came back for Mechanic Monday, which is where you can speak with a bike mechanic who will answer any questions you might have about working with your bike. Wyatt was the mechanic who worked with us, and he was more than happy to answer all of our questions and show us the proper way to work on our new bikes. Bicycle Village is a great store with many types of bikes in stock as well as a bunch of very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend at least looking around in here if you are even considering a bike purchase.
