Jason V. was extremely helpful. I was very short on time, and he worked with me to get my new phone up and running as quickly as possible. They were very clear on new costs and walked me through everything for my new phone quickly and efficiently.

I love this sprint store! I will never go to another location. They always walk me through whatever process I’m dealing with. They always help with my bill and help fix any issue I may have. Very friendly and nice! Thanks Gabriel, Courtney, Zaid!

Absolutely loved the whole experience. Felt welcomed as soon as I came in the door. Had great conversation which made everything go smoother. Was given all our options and he explained everything which made me feel comfortable in my decisions. Over all, great experience. Have a sprint store near me, but will definitely make the drive to this store

Great customer service, we had a lot of questions and they answer all of them, they are really good at what they do. I really recommend coming to this location if you are looking for a sprint store or just to change carrier.

So far not impressed. Went in and they told us they were signing us up for an 80 dollar per month plan.  They signed us up for a $200 a month plan instead. First bill came and I said “well first bill is usually higher “ second bill came and by then the store was closed due to hail.  Waited for store to re open and now they are trying to say I waited too long and put it under investigation. Meanwhile leaving us with $400 dollars in extra charges that we can’t pay. 
Ask to speak to a district manager and I get a run around and told I can’t personally speak with them. Still waiting for pending investigation. If they own up to their mistake, and refund us, I will gladly change my review but for now,... buyer beware.
