I was asking the receptionist up front about traffic laws and when I tried to show them what I was talking about I was assured that what I was saying was wrong. When I tried to probe deeper with my questions to get a better understanding and try to find someone who knows more about the laws, the people up front became very rude. I asked if they were police officers and after being told I don't need to see one for this question because what they are telling me was the law. I asked if they were lawyers, they were not. I again asked to please speak to the sargent. The sargent (Kosaen Off (SP?)), was incredibly rude and would not look at or hear what I had to say, wanted to show or even remotely answer my questions. The sergeant then rushed off to do something else.

My trailer was stolen out of my driveway so I called to report it. The officer that I spoke with said that I was to report it online because they didn't have anyone to investigate? The officer also negatively commented and said the trailer was probably in Mexico by now.

The woman on the phone literally shouted at me and hung up with a growl when I asked her if there were any plans to get a copy of the surveillance footage of a grand theft auto as evidence. There weren't. Still aren't, I assume. Worst police experience ever.
