I've been coming here for about 4 months and it has gotten worse or I'm just beginning to notice how they run things. The people working at the visitation desk are always very nice. The people at property are who I have issues with. Property was supposed to have been released to me 2 times now and property is no help. The 1st time i came to pick it up i had to call them directly and they continuously hung up on me. (Not doing their job). I had the same result today. No property. Got ahold of a man today in property and he was extremely unprofessional telling me I need to talk to the person releasing the property and not bother them with it until then. I explained that we've talked about it and the inmate put in the paperwork to THEM not me. I don't get paid to do their job or it would've been done. The officer claimed to be trying to help me and i explained to him that I beleive he was simply trying to get out of doing anything. I am tired of the govt agencies not doing anything except minimal work. It's sad these people get paid $15/hr to do minimal work. Let's give some of the homeless in town jobs at episode! 🤑😂

Called in a crime on 7/6/17. There's been problems in the Northgate area about someone taking pictures inside people's backyard. Tonight I seen and chased a white little suv license plate dat328 or dat398. I was so frustrated when i called in the crime of this female driver at 310am. The sheriff's department told me to call CSPD. This crime occurred in El Paso county 7 miles north of Colorado Springs. Can we get a good sheriff, or is this a rerun of Maketa!

Absolute disgraces to the uniform. Never seen a department act as unlawful as these clowns.
