my daughter went to manitou springs to find friend,by bus, phone died on her. She is special needs 29 year old. Thank goodness she was found by James Williamson and she stated he was very nice, very professional . He called me when he found her and he stayed with her till I got there. Thank you a million times over. being Special we do a lot with police around colorado springs and glad they were out looking for her.

I have had two interactions with the manitou police where I got pulled over. I forgot to put my stickers on my plate on my new to me truck and my motorcycle had lost all of its tail lights. Both times the officers were very friendly and helpful and it was my fault on both occasions. My wife and daughter have spoken with them many times and all positive. Keep it up men and women of the mspd you're doing a great job.

This is a town that defends police acting out on its African American citizens. You should avoid this town if you want to support black lives matter. You should call this police department and let them know that you want their officers to be held to a higher level of respectful behavior.

I lost my wallet and just wanted to know if anyone turned it in to them. I waited half an hour at the station because everyone was on in progress calls. We got a call back and the officer said he wouldn't be able to help us until the next day. On our walk back to the car, we saw two police officers parked within a few blocks of each other, literally doing nothing. They never got back to me about my wallet.
