My mom who is 90 years old and just lost her husband recently, had an appointment with Dr Linn Katus. After traveling for 2 hours to make our appointment the doctors office cancelled our appointment because we were 20 minutes late. I would definitely not see this uncompassionate doctor. I who am a doctor and graduate from this fine institution could not believe what just occurred. I called there office and made them aware we were a bit late due to traffic and was just arriving at the lobby of office. I also expressed that we would appreciate some courtesy because we do not live around the corner and asked the receptionist to speak with the doctor and let her know. Receptionist came back and stated that the doctor said she cannot see us and they need to cancel our appointment. I can tell you that if one of my patients is a bit late to my office and I know they are coming from a distance, I will definitely make time in my busy schedule to see them. Dr Garcia-Iryami

Worst hospital in manhattan💯I got there at 7pm left the hospital at 3:30am & they still didn’t fix the problem nurses always busy doing what they not supposed to very rude. If I could give it NO STARS I WILL 💪🏻
