Awesome beds were very comfortable. Our room was centrally located. They served a wonderful breakfast. Staff was very courteous & helpful..Would definitely stay again.

Bed was very noisy when you moved around. Water did not get hot at all. When I called the front desk they informed me I had to wait due to the amount of people in the hotel. It took 2 hours for the water to get warm. Breakfest was out of allot and the juice machine and toasters were not working. Someone was smoking pot in our hallway and it filled the area with the smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

The accommodations live up to the name of Comfort Inn. Nice rooms with a foodie and a microwave. The beds are comfortable and they have both soft and firm pillows. The best party was the breakfast, it had a large selection and was replenished quickly keeping everything fresh.

staff was great the sauna is too big for the type that they have in there. takes about an hr to get get it hot. pool has a lot of chems in it

This hotel was kind, and went far above what you normally expect a hotel to be. Will stay again very soon. Thank you Comfort Inn in Sault sainte Marie, Michigan.
