The stay was acceptable. We stayed at an awkward time as the hotel was remodeling the rooms. The bathroom was upgraded and nice. The rest of the room hadn't been renovated yet. The room had a musty smell but was cleared out by opening the window. Some humorous items were left behind such as an empty bottle of vodka under a night stand and extra pieces of the renovated bathroom counter tucked in a corner. The TV and internet were above average. The breakfast was decent and included coffee, juice, yogurt, bagels, pastries, cereal, and all the condiments.

The first thing we saw in the room was a roach. The a.c. reeked of mold. The hot tub was cold. The beds were as soft as concrete slabs. Breakfast was good though.

Changing the room layout we have rented for years. No more bunkbeds. Maybe I have to look elsewhere. Otherwise we have stayed at this property 7 out of the last 10 years and i believe 5 in a row. Easy to get to, easy to find.

Lobby area is ok, rest is questionable. The review 3 weeks after the fact. The 2nd floor emergency lighting doesn't appear to be working. Room, halls, stairwells, all unclean. 12" X 12" tiles have been been installed in the door ways of the hallways. Tripping hazard. New refrigerator, in its box stored a hall way.

We were less than enthused with this Days Inn. They must be in the middle of working on some upgrades (yay!) but the common areas were filthy with debris from their work. My flip flop broke so I had to walk barefoot out to our vehicle and it was like walking on sharp rocks through the hallway. Our room had 2 queen beds but only had towels/washcloths for 3 even though they knew we had 5 in our room. There was not one single hook in the room or bathroom to hang towels on. The tub did not have a stopper so our 3 younger children could not take a bath and had to take a shower (which is hard with young ones...and they hate them!). The shower had a used bar if soap in it... covered in hair! Ugh!!! The shower walls were covered in hair and we're slimy. Nothing is worse than a gross Hotel bathroom! We had a hard night sleep due to a very firm mattress. Little did we know...the kids had a very soft bed and didn't find that out until the morning. Maybe they could have changed out one of the 5 posters saying "save water...reuse your towel" with a note on the different mattress. And then breakfast...it was terrible! The set up was bad because all of the food was in a corner and the microwaves we're down on an end. Everyone had to wait in line to get the small variety of food that they had. If you don't eat all carbs at breakfast, this is not your place...dry breads, danishes and donuts were on the menu. We had to wait in line at the front desk to check out...very inconvenient unlike other hotels that will leave the bill under the door to save you time checking out. I would have to say the best part about our stay was the nice shower head and leaving in the morning. Not impressed at all!
