I found this hotel to be full of rooms to rent.  All have beds with pillows.  Mine even had a color television!  The rates were a bit high, but the room was clean and I didn't see a single rat or roach. 

The location is close to the freeway, with a paved road right up to the hotel.
Parking is free.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks in case you enjoy bad overpriced coffee.

I'd stay here, but that would be silly since I live two miles away.

Nice and clean hotel, love that it has a balcony to go out on, comfortable beds, and rooms are great size for the price. Only complaint I have is no fan in the bathroom and no free breakfast. But our stay was a good one we'd stay here again.

Great service and location. Very clean with extremely comfortable beds. Excellent space to work from, and then enjoy the weekend! Staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional. It's The GoTo spot for all of our Beaverton weekend events.

The hotel is located right next to an active railroad, which I heard once at 12am, but if you can stand that, this is a fine hotel. Check-in was smooth; staff were friendly and polite. Rooms are exactly as expected for a 2-star hotel of this type. There is a bar and restaurant/"bistro" in the lobby which serves meals most of the day, with rotating specials each day. However, there's no free food (no complimentary breakfast here). See if you can get a room on the west side of the hotel, which faces away from the train.

Dated exterior and odd layout. The elevators were a fair distance from the lobby. Had to park in rear of building to make the trek from room to elevators to car less than a 10 minute trek. Lots of early morning noise from train. Front desk seems to group overnight guest's rooms next to each other, rather than spreading out across vacant room. I guess they want to maximize noise levels.
