I usually stay at Comfort Inn hotels, because they are clean and have good free breakfast. However, this particular Comfort Inn did not meet my Comfort Inn expectations. Breakfast was not that good. The waffle batter was extremely watery. All the food was microwaved, and the juices were poor quality. My room has a loud noise refrigerator that did not let me and my family acquire a good night sleep. The room was noisy due to us being able to hear all the traffic noise through our windows. And the heater did not work.

Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. Parking situation was odd and made me nervous, but it did all work out. Spots are two deep. The car in the back leaves their keys with staff who will move it if the buried car needs to leave. We had a suite and there was no lamp in the "living room" area which was a very slight irritation. We would be happy to stay here again should the opportunity arise.

A very good hotel. Convenient location has supermarket right across the street and restaurant nearby. Staff are very helpful. Parking garage is very easy to access. Breakfast is good. Highly recommend!

It was a REALLY quiet stay. An loved the breakfast served had really good variety. The staff was really nice. An help with anything we had question about. I would stay again. Didn't have to get on freeway to get to Universal Studios . That was a plus.

no problems. good customer service. rooms are dark and old looking, but clean. break fast was good. although the yogurt could use variety somedays
