I booked this hotel because it had a high rating. Considering I have two little ones I wanted something nice. Rooms were run down. Our room never had a housekeeper and when I went to the desk to tell them they said they would let them know. Came back a few hours later and still no housekeeper. We also had several unauthorized charges on our card. We had to call the bank to get rid of them (front desk had to talk to them). Breakfast was horrible. Never again

We just left this morning after staying for 5 days ( Saturday Thur Thursday ) For the first 3 days a Five Star Rating for sure!! For the last two days a Three Star Rating (and that's because my room was always clean ) on my fourth morning I get up get ready to take a nice shower. .NO HOT WATER!!!!. Go to call the front desk. .The phone in my room DOESN'T WORK! ! My husband goes to the front desk to tell them says they will check on it. Come back in the late afternoon. .still NO HOT WATER! ! Go to front desk and I'm told yes you do have hot water the GUY said so. I told her no I don't just checked it. So she says I must not be turning it right. REALLY! !! So I get up this morning STILL NO HOT WATER! ! Had to take a COLD shower. I'm very disappointed with this service. All I ask for is a clean room and a hot shower. VERY DISAPPOINTED! !!!

Overnight stop between family members while fleeing Irma with Sabre, our dog. We sincerely appreciate the friendly greeting received from the front desk when checking in with our pet. We always ask the front desk of their interior/exterior pet areas, and bring extra towels, along with other comforts to be good dog guest when traveling. This property was well-maintained, the room was comfortable, and the TV had a great picture.

OUR ROOM WAS GREAT, VERY NICE, VERY CLEAN. WE WENT TO BREAKFAST & I AM SORRY TO SAY, BECAUSE THE MOTEL WAS SO ACCOMMODATING, BUT THE EGGS ,GRITS, SAUSAGE WAS TERRIBLE. THE CEREAL YOU CAN'T MESS UP. THE GRITS WERE NOT DONE.

Great value, rooms clean, staff friendly. Pet policy great. Bathroom was a little dated, showing some signs of normal wear.
