Do NOT stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Chris Perry Lane in Columbus, Ohio. When my family (including three children) arrived late on a Friday night three of us smelled something strange in the hallway on the first floor. After returning the cart to the lobby, on the way back to our room, my husband witnessed a man rolling a chair from one room to the room across from him saying, "I can smell that s*** from out here!" My husband called the front desk that night to tell them about the pot smell and the noise (which they should have smelled and heard from the lobby). They claimed they were trying to do something about it. Instead, it went on all night. How about kicking them out or getting the police involved? Since we were in town visiting family we stayed there for three more nights. We did not get a peaceful night's sleep the entire time. We decided to leave a day early because we just could not take it any more.

Not too far from a variety of restaurants. front desk staff was very friendly at check in. Night staff is more interested in browsing facebook than helping with problems. Great coffee there loved the caramel coffee creamer. Coffee tasted clean. Presidential suite is pretty basic. I was expecting a little more. Have a little liquor store on site if need it.

Great service. Very helpful. I was able to check in early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was on the strip, which provided me with easy access to the area. Plenty of restaurants delivered to the hotel, which I had to pick up in the lobby.

The room is great. Stayed on a Queen sized bed. Little foyer at the entrance with mini-fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me connect my chromecast to the wifi. Internet connection's excellent. There is a small gym, but enough to keep you going, and a swimming pool and hot tub. Only criticism, you can't open the windows, and there is no extractor on the bathroom.

I felt the price was too high for the quality of the room. The hallway floor leading to our room had several soft spots that made it wierd to walk on. We had problems with our keys working and had to get them redone at least once and even after that they didn't work correctly. It's would take several attempts to get in the room. The sink next too the microwave (not the one in the bathroom) didn't drain completely. There was always water standing in the drain. The sink worked just fine and never backed up but if you poured something in the drain you could smell it unless you ran a bunch of water down it. The AC worked too well. We could not get the temperature set. We had it set on 68 when we first got in the room because it was so hot but then turned it up to 74 after about 1/2 hour. It never shuts off. We had to turn the whole thing off too stop the darn thing. Then an hour or so later we would have to turn it back on. All in all I won't be back here.
