Customer service is always a number 1 thing on my list. If you can't treat me right I don't care how good the hotel looks. I won't stay there. I recommend everyone to stay here. They really care about your needs. The housekeepers are nice you don't hear them complaining about their chores. If you ask them questions they don't get mad and they are quick to get you what you need. A few things that were some cons was the pool area floor is way to slick for kids. The beds are kind of an older model. The gym area could use new equipment. That's pretty much it. Other than that I'm coming back here! Hope this helped.

We had a great stay at Comfort Suites Indianapolis. The room was very clean and large with a pullout sofa. Room was very quiet and there was a nice pool. There was a small leak behind the toilet and when we told the front desk they immediately moved us to another room. Great service. We would definitely stay here again.

First off, it's only fair to point out that this hotel was more than $25 cheaper than other nearby hotels. There were no major issues like bed bugs or cockroaches, but it was obvious that it hasn't been renovated recently and that when things broke it was fixed as quickly and cheaply as possible. When I turned on the hot water in the bathroom, I had to wait about 2 minutes before hot water came out. The metal bathroom door frame was painted white, but it wasn't enough to cover up the rust. Apparently the shower curtain was ripped down, or replaced at some point. I could see where the curtain rod used to be mounted a few inches below the current rod. The walls were damaged at some point, and repaired. Too bad they didn't paint the whole wall, because I could see dozen or so 4" areas where the paint was either a different color, different sheen, or the old paint was simply faded. The breakfast buffet was free, it wasn't very good, but it was free.

I've stayed at this hotel about 3 or 4 times now for work when I fly out of Indianapolis. This would by far be one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at for work. I would strongly recommend it for anyone who has to fly out of Indianapolis and leave their car somewhere. This hotel has a shuttle service at this point is worth it if you have to fly anywhere at an early a.m. and need somewhere to stay regardless. the shuttle service is about $5 and parking per night is $5 which means that it's about $3 cheaper than economy parking at the airport on top of that they'll give you the shuttle ride back to the hotel whether you stay there or not on your return. Additionally the hotel staff is very pleasant the rooms are always nice and cleaned and comfortable. If I had to say something negative about my stays at this location I have to say avoid the convenience options in the lobby as they are considerably expensive but the quality of the hotel more than dwarfs any cost of water bottles or stuff of that nature.

Love this place, owner and staff. Only stay elsewhere when hotel is booked otherwise this is our go to home away from home!
