The staff went out of their way to ensure that our time away from home was comfortable. The associate that checked us in was friendly and helpful, even though she appeared to be the only person working. She was a one person show. Kudos to her!

Great experience! Kris upgraded us to a one bedroom suite free of charge and made sure that we were comfortably. Kris even asked if we had a floor preference. The room was really nice and roomy. My boyfriend said that he felt that he was at home. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Room service was excellent at first, after tipping the housekeeping services the services went down hill real fast they never looked to see if I needed dishwasher tab's or coffee, needed to be placed in the room, I got down to the point where I didn't want them in my room anymore and I put the''don't need service today sign up and left it at that.there there were two wash machines and two dryers one washer and one dryer were always out of order. I stayed there for more than two months on business and couldn't wait to leave. I also observed the housekeeping staff sitting on the step's of the guests entrances smoking cigarettes and flicking the butts in the parking lot, not very professional, the place needs to be cleaned up starting with the housekeeping services staff. ( Not a good image)The front desk was both very professional and experienced in all duties performed.

So far the experience has been average. We requested a pack n play for our 1 year old when we reserved the room, but had to go down to the front desk after we checked in to get one. Then when setting it up I noticed it was broken beyond use so I had to go back down and get a different one. The shower drained EXTREMELY slow. After a 5 minute shower the water was up to my ankles and took another 10 minutes to drain once I was done. The description also said there was a microwave in the room, but there wasn't in the room, even though there was a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn left for us on the table. I did ask about it at the front desk and they brought one to the room. The front desk workers have been very nice and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was better than at other hotels I've stayed. Overall, I'm happy with my stay thus far and would happily stay here again

Not a good hotel. Double-charged me for stay after I booked through Expedia, still awaiting refund. Hotel itself was sub par, felt old and not well kept up. Continental breakfast was lackluster. Normally Marriott's are a safe bet for quality but not this hotel.

As an update I still have not received refund 6 business days after staying in this hotel. When asking Marriott representatives about it I was first told it would be 2-3 business days. Then they told me 3-5 business days. And now it's past that. There is something shady going on here.
