Would not recommend staying at this hotel.  Checked in at 6p and room was not ready for 3p check in. Was offered smaller room with queen instead of king bed.  Room and hotel did not appear or smell clean. Breakfast was not good.  Unexpected  $25 fee was charged to visa.  Three days later and it has not been refunded.  Called and checked and was told it may take 10 days?!?

I reserved a king suite, when I arrived they put me into a double queen. Took awhile until the situation was fixed, and even then, about 30 minutes after getting situated in the new room, someone tried opening our door because they were rented the same room.
During the day it was very noisy. People were walking the halls, and staff did nothing to tone down the noise.
Parking is difficult to find, as it was overfilled with cars.
Went down for breakfast, and found NO FOOD was available. After a complaint or two, the lady finally brought out waffle mix, but refused to make anymore bacon and egg. There was 2 hours of breakfast left, and she did not want to bring any more food out. That was ridiculous.

Staff at front desk was very good and that is where it stops.  Room was bad from the start. Closet door was hanging off the wall with sheet rock on the floor, no Toilet paper, One towel, Bed was partially made and had hair on the sheets.  I researched further to find a badly stained pillow and a bed stain was the half the size on an adult. Needless to say this will make me think twice for any future Ramada. I did get a refund, thanks!

Very convenient to get to and from airport. Rooms are starting to show some ware but still a good bargain. A good continental breakfast.

This place was rough! They need more staff and more organization. Takes forever to get checked in, they said people are late checking out. It was almost 7pm check out was 11am, that's not late that's staying another day. Management did great damage control, but avoiding the damage would be best. It was like that every day I was there. Constantly out of breakfest, towels, house keepers. The rooms were okay with all of that said, beds were comfortable.
