From first impression it looks great, and the staff are friendly. However, our floors and sofa had dog hairs that got all over my sons new clothes. The pull out bed sofa had food under the mattresses, and mouse poo in the sleeping mattress. The bathroom door had what looked like blood in both sides. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Our neighbors said they saw a rodent in their room across the hall from us which explained our sofa. This hotel has lots of potential but it just needs cleaned. We didn't eat the free continental breakfast because we were scared of the cleanliness of where it was prepared. However, don't go to Bob Evans in front of the hotel. We should have checked their reviews first.

The Hotel Is a true diamond in the rough, My AAU basketball team was in town for a tournament and it was exactly what we needed. Front desk was great very nice we checked in early and we needed a late check out because our Sunday game wasn't until late and that wasn't an issue. The rooms was a great size for high school boys beds were nice, bathrooms clean, price was great I needed 5 rooms and everybody was happy. Only thing they need to do is to improve on the breakfast. overall great Ohio Players AAU PROGRAM WILL BE BACK. :)

If all Best Westerns are like this one, its my new hotel of choice. Clean, nice suite like rooms, mini kitchen with a sink. Great value.

It is not a 5 star hotel, but for the money you pay it is just right. The staff was very friendly.. My flight arrived very early and they were able to accomodate my room. You have all your necessities, basic breakfast, workout room, public computer/printer.. The people with the negative reviews need to stay at a 5 star hotel and regardless, you will still find faults. I give this hotel 3 stars

Chirping smoke alarm, cut phone cables, in correct phone cable, water in the milk dispenser, waffle maker does not beep not count down, no hot sauce, tv remotes no power, threw out my refrigerated food, key cards not working, coffee cup lids not a tight seal (big mess), bed bug bites, thundering herd upstairs, toaster only toasts on one side. The room amenities are actually nice. They are weak on the details...dont stay here no matter how cheap it is
