Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, even though they were no smoking rooms. There were people in the middle of the night doing strange things outside our room. There was a chicken leg in the room when we first came in. The only positive experience we had was the nice breakfast lady, you could tell she took pride in her work. The breakfast lady kept her area very clean, and was very helpful.

Stayed here in November, and have been here again for over a month on business. They are under new management, and the improvements are obvious. Rooms are clean, and the staff is more professional and does a good job. I've been told there are plans for a lot more improvemments, too. This is a clean, comfortable budget - friendly option in Indy.

This was the worst hotel we have ever been to! We had a reservation for double bed room. We got there and they gave us a room with 1 bed for 4 people. We did get another room. We had no towels and the bathroom was filthy! They advertised breakfast. No breakfast! Will never stay there again. These are pics of the bathtub and back of the toilet! Yuck!!-

One big DUMP don't waste your money had two tv channels said they were working on it... Should of spent $50 more on a decent place...what a ......hole

An absolute rat hole, place was filthy and the management staff did not care. I can say that the housekeeping people were polite and accommodating but obviously they have no maintenance staff because everything was in disrepair. Will never stay here again and will advise my employer.
