With 11 locations throughout Crawford, Cherokee, Labette, Montgomery and Allen counties, CHC/SEK offers a wide range of primary healthcare services for the entire family including women’s health and prenatal care, dental care, behavioral health care, school health, vaccinations as well as chronic disease management. In addition, CHC/SEK has a full-service, on-site pharmacy at its main clinic in Pittsburg and participates in the Federal 340B discount drug program.
