One star is too much praise for this place. I do NOT recommend by any means. I have been going here for over a year hoping things will get better but at this point it seems like a huge waste of time. I wish I would have never started going here, and I will not be continuing here in the future. One doctor was nice but he no longer works there and the others that I have seen have been unfriendly, unhelpful, and I can honestly say that every time that I go I end up leaving feeling worse off. If you are struggling with mental health do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This place does not give a damn about helping anyone. I've been turned away without meds, turned away after a suicide attempt. If you're looking for help, stay away from this place.

If you're someone who's looking for help before it's too late this is not the place. Save your time and look somewhere else. I went in feeling like maybe if finally get the help I was looking for and left feeling worse than when I entered. I was turned away because my case "wasn't severe enough." Honestly don't know how this place has clients when they turn away someone who wants to end their life.

They do not care about their customers. Impossible to talk to the person you want to. Phone tag all day long until they forget about you. Seems like employees just don't care, all they want is a paycheck. I came from the mental health location in Mission, I would recommend the mission location over olathe, longer drive but a MUCH more caring staff that's willing to go out of their way to help. They also know the meaning of "urgent".
