I went in for blood work and the whole process was of checking in and checking out went smoothly. After my appointment was done, I paid my $20 bill at the front desk. I expect my results within five days and 10 days later, I get a call saying there was an error and I need to come back in. That's perfectly fine because turnaround times can be slow and mistakes are made. I come back in and get my blood drawn. I get my results around 10 days later and that's great. However, about 2 months after my appointment I get a bill in the mail for $40 for both of my appointments. One, I paid the $20 upfront after the appointment, and two, why am I paying for another office visit when you guys made the error. I don't sweat it because I can just sort it out on the phone. That is not the case whatsoever. Not only are the phone receptionists rude and disrespectful, they provide absolutely no help. The person didn't even take time to ask me about my problem, it was like the person was trained just to "pass people off to someone else." I got transferred to the billing department and no one picked up the phone.....two times in one day. NOT EVEN PUT ON HOLD, JUST NO ONE THERE TO PHYSICALLY PICK UP THE PHONE. I'm more upset with how you interact with people to help resolve issues than the actual billing mistake. TERRIBLE. NO EXCUSES

No one ever answers the phone. Everytime I go I'm disappointed. I went there two days ago and the doctor never sent in my prescription

When I call to schedule an appointment for my kids there's never anyone to answer the phone and and when they do finally pick up They put you on hold anywhere from 10-40min .

Nice people. Very helpful. The only downside is that it is hard to get results on test.

The dental staff from Health Partnership Clinic comes to our elementary school as part of their community outreach program. They are all amazing! I don't know what we would do without them. We had over 150 students signed up this year who received cleanings, fluoride treatments, x-rays, fillings and extractions - completely free of charge. This is a much needed resource in our community. I am so grateful for them.
