My wife and I came to Conceptions after facing the defeat and tragedy of four consecutive miscarriages. We had become numb to bad news and grew to expect a doctor to tell us that our baby was never to be. From day one, Conceptions gave us confidence that we were dealing with a medical office that understood our problems and offered solutions. Though we lived a long drive from Denver, Dr. Greene was available to Skype and email with any questions we had. The nurses and administrative staff were always just a phone call away to answer our questions. The egg retrieval stage was a brutal process, but Dr. Greene and the nurses gave us clear insight into the process, were very supportive, and mapped our progress. We highly recommend that couples who have experienced multiple miscarriages do the chromosome testing recommended by Conceptions, as it gave us answers no local hospital could before. The testing found that many of our embryos had chromosome abnormalities, which pinpointed the problem we had been searching to identify for almost 3 years. We ended up with 2 viable embryos, which were both given the highest quality rating. Our first embryo transfer was sadly another failure, which was devastating to us. But Dr. Greene and Conceptions did not let us lose hope. They explained our options clearly, we went through with another transfer, and our final embryo now lays in a crib beside us, our two-month-old daughter. We highly recommend Conceptions, most notably because they never gave up on our hopes even in our darkest hour. Our daughter is living proof that they can help couples struggling with infertility bring life into the world. We are forever grateful to them.

Conceptions is fantastic! My wife and I started the IVF process and were pregnant within a year. Dr. Greene and his entire staff were always so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. My wife has a very hard time with needles and they did everything they could to help her through the blood draws and shots. We wouldn't have been able to make it through without their help! The team is extremely LGBTQ friendly and you can tell they're extremely passionate about what they do and truly want to help couples start a family. I am so grateful we were sent to Conceptions to begin this chapter in our lives!

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because the some of the nurses are nice, it's really a hit or miss. They aren't super informative. When I ask questions they give me generalized answers like they don't know what they are talking about. I'm supposed to be under Dr.Greens care but I haven't even met him/her. The billing department and front desk are a nightmare. The communication is awful. I left multiple messages for the billing department to figure out if I was going to owe anything for two bloodwork appointments. No one ever called me back and the front desk was rude and no help at all. So when I went to my appointment, the front desk was like surprise you're gonna have pay like $100 for each appointment. I was really frustrated to say the least. They said I was self pay but for everything up to this point they have billed my insurance and they send me a statement in the mail. I have ALWAYS paid my bill on time and I have never had a balance. They said i didn't have to pay this time but I would have to next time because my balance was high. I didn't know I had a balance because I haven't received a statement. This was from services I had in July and early August. So I'm about to get my blood work done when I ask what this is even for because no one explained why I needed to get this done. A nurse comes to talk to me about it and she's is confused too about why I needed to this done. She said that it wasn't necessary and didn't have to get it done. Wow! I'm glad I asked. I would have had to pay for it out of pocket when I dihdn't even need to get it done in the first place. The whole iui process was a bad experience as well. I really hope it works because I really don't want to have to go back there.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to Dr.Bush, Erika, Laura, Stacy, and all front desk women. They were prefect team, and they help us a lot to overcome on some difficulties that we have faced during the treatment. I think to say " thank you" and give them "five stars" is very small thing. ONE MILLIONS thank you for conceptions Reproductive Associates ONE MILLIONS stars to all conceptions staff

We have used Conceptions twice so far. 3-years ago we had a successful IVF resulting in twins and now we are currently pregnant with a singleton following a second IVF transfer. It is true that most interactions are with the nurses, but, this is the intentional design of the program. They have always been prompt and helpful with any questions at anytime. The mid-level NP's are also great and will answer any questions and take as much time as you need. I have and will continue to recommend Conceptions as a place to go for fertility needs.
