Story

This exceptional medical group, which was launched in 1973, consists of nineteen of the Rocky Mountain region’s finest cardiologists, with over 400 years of combined experience caring for Denver’s heart patients. All physicians are university-trained and board certified in cardiology, and are board certified in their specialty fields. Many of the physicians were among the first in the area to perform such diagnostic and life-saving procedures as cardiac catheterization, balloon angioplasty, coronary stenting, non-invasive CT angiography, coronary artery calcium scoring, implantation of cardiac defibrillators, and electrophysiological ablations. Our strong emphasis on prevention and early disease detection has put us at the forefront of wellness education for the community at-large. This commitment to enhance the delivery of cardiac care to our community is what puts SDCA a step ahead of others in patient care and preventative medicine.
