My wife and i had the privilege of working with the enterprise sales team in purchasing a 2017 vehicle. We started by simply showing an interest online and the sales team was quick to make personal contact and arrange time and place. The Walnut Creek staff was exceptional. They did not pressure us and allowed time for questions and explored other possible vehicle options to ensure we got the perfect vehicle. Once we found the vehicle they assisted us in the finance and delivery of the vehicle. Just so happens we wanted a different color, no problem. They actually delivered the car and the paperwork to our home as to not inconvenience us!! We want to thank the staff of Enterprise in Walnut Creek for their great customer service with a friendly attitude and smile. Mr and Mrs Fowler

My experience with Enterprise Walnut Creek was as stress free as buying a car can be. Gladys was amazing. She was lighthearted, knowledgeable, and patient. I have no complaint so far.

Worked great. No fuss. I picked out a car online, saw it two days later and bought it. I traded in my other car. Everything was straight up Kelly Blue Book and easy. And I like that Enterprise gave me a week and 1,000 miles to try out the car. If I didn't like it, I could trade it for a different one. It was easy.

My car had scratches on it an they have never followed through with me to get them buffed out. Car was not clean when I picked it up, alignment was off horribly, tires were 2 different brands with different tread depths , I was told the tires were the ones advertised to learn they had put 2 cheaper brands on the front. Never followed up about tires when I was told they would, then got the run around about the tires. My salesperson was nice until I brought up the mismatched tires....then walked away from me without offering to help the situation. Horrible week trying to get the correct tires on my new Camaro. The district manger was no help, at all just talked like a used car salesman to me trying to talk me out of the correct tires. I was talked down to like these men knew more than a Woman possibly could about tires. I had to finally contact Corporate. They took car of it, which I was happy about, but the District manager had to give me one last call to get the final word in after Corporate contacted him. to tell m exposed the fact that they strive to be e he was basically doing this as a courtesy! A courtesy? Are you kidding me? How rude. It was false advertising !! Why should I, as the paying customer, have to spend so much time and effort for something that should have been right to begin with? I lost sleep over this all week and it is a good thing that Corporate took care of this because I was taking this as high as possible. I would have expose the fact that they are a bit shady and the cars are not as maintained as people believe they are. I love my car, but I would never go back there again to buy simply because of the lack of respect I experienced and NO apologizes from anyone in the WC office. They almost lost the deal within 7 days and tried their best to save some $$$ to cut corners on cheap tires. Still not completely satisfied and wish I had not paid the $250.00 transfer fee from just an hr away. I should have bought new off the lot. . I still have scratches that will probably cost around $300 to get buffed out. I won't have it done at Enterprise.

I walked into Enterprise just to look at vehicles and end up that same day finding one with the help of Jeff who was one of the Enterprise sales associates. He helped me find a great deal on a nice 2017 Nissan Titan V8 XD Cab. Jeff was well educated and what he does and a great help on helping me find the best deal on the best truck for my buck. Also, in the financing department the help of Scott you who got me in and out and an hour and a half. Kudos to you both have a great day!
