I love the selection at Toys R Us but the word I would use for pricing is "awful". I love their toys but the pricing is marked up above the average or standard. The staff are decent but they all seem bored. There isn't a ton to say other than great selection, poor pricing, and mediocre customer service.

I was in shopping for a bike for my soon to be 10 year old. After extensive internet research I ended up here and was pleasantly surprised by the size of their selection. They didn't have what I came in for, but they did have an equally desirable model for a fair price. The bike came fully assembled, but the handle bars were loose. I looked for a bike wrench, but found out they don't sell those. No worries, a helpful gentlemen came up to the counter with a handful of tools to fix it. In the end the bike was a different price from the website so they matched the lower price with no hesitation. Overall great experience today. They even had a very specific board game that I thought I was going to have to order on Amazon.

I don't ever have a problem shopping at Toys"r"Us. I do think they are a little more pricey than Wal-Mart, but they will at least price match an item. Once in awhile you can find good deals at the store. I wish the store was located in a better part of Colorado Springs.
