I'm a big fan of rustic and southwest furniture and this is my favorite furniture store in Colorado. I've only ordered pieces online and haven't been in the actual showroom, but I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences.

The furniture is well-crafted and beautiful for the prices I paid. Most importantly, the customer service is FANTASTIC. I've worked with Patrick in Operations to coordinate deliveries and exchanges and he couldn't work harder to make his customers happy.

Their website frequently runs great promos so be patient when placing an online order. I just ordered a bedroom suite of rustic pine furniture for my daughter's for a steal. And don't hesitate to call or email customer service for photos and measurements of pieces before ordering as there can be small differences between the stock photos and the actual pieces in stock. The staff will respond promptly and will patiently answer any and all questions.

You can make large purchases from La Fuente Imports with confidence, and I'll happily recommend them to all my friends and family.

great customer service and out of state delivery..  love this place for all my Mexican rustic style needs. Out of state delivery was faster than expected. All 6 of my pieces were carefully wrapped and protected. Furniture was exactly as pictured online if not even better..

I ordered than they said they where out of stuck and I need to wait over a month for the tile !!! Who wait a month for tiles ???  I don't even think I got a refund

I Placed an order of multiple different tiles. Received a call the next day letting me know one of my tiles sets was on back order. They suggested I choose a different tile. Unfortunately the tiles i ordered are the ones I needed. They informed me if I didn't chose a different tile then my COMPLETE order would be placed on back order for 2 months or a could pay addition shipping to receive the other items in my order. It felt like they just wanted me to switch my tile order to what they had in stock. Bad Customer Service

Back in September, had placed an order for about 6 tile samples- they called me back saying one was out of stock and they had broken the last one of another, but had it in s larger size- so if it was just to see the design they could ship the larger size. I agreed... they up-charged me for the larger size! Now, it's December and I had completely forgotten about these guys and look... they never called to ask if I still wanted the tile (more importantly to offer a refund for the now unwanted tile). Yeah, their tiles look great, but service isn't.
