Horrible horrible horrible service, we are military and when I called them to come pick up the furniture of course they picked it up immediately but when they moved the furniture out of my house they caused damage to my banister, railing, and my door frame which removed a big chunk out of the wood. They said they would get their person to come and fix it, it has been 5 weeks now and not only have I not heard from them but they have to resubmit a claim stating that they never received the first claim but it's funny because they took pictures when they made the damages to my home. They told me they do not know when the person will come out to fix the damages and they do not have a time frame for when the damages will be fixed. If your military do not buy from them OR rent furniture from them they will screw you over and you will be waiting months to get the damages fixed on your home. Also the first set of furniture they brought to my home had dog hair all over it, and I told them to give me another set!! Never again will I do business with them nor do I recommend anyone to buy or do business with them.....update.. it is now March 6,2018 and they still have not fixed the damages they have done to my home.. just ridiculous...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.... honestly I never right a bad review on anyone because normally if they do something I don't like I am probably at fault and they're just doing they're job....BUT this please is horrible I was on auto pay for the longest time and had my debit card info stolen so obviously my auto pay did not go threw due to getting a new card. The day is was late they where calling my references and my job because I didn't answer there call due to me working 75+hours a week and was either at work or sleeping so to continue on a few days later granted I have not made a payment at this time because setting up the auto pay on there website is the only way to do it and that is more difficult and painful then a cactus enema, they show up at my house when I was at work and give my grandmother an attitude while they interrogate her about my whereabouts....i.e me being at work and when she told them I was not there they gave her a dirty look and walked away. Anyways enough about my sob story point is the company is terrible the people are nice as long as they are getting that sales bonus. And they will drown you "great deal" emails and mail and your paying 6-20 times the cost of the item your renting if you choose to rent to own so I will be returning my item once I get my self a replacement.

Currently filing a lawsuit against this store. Delivery driver lied and said I tried to assault him. Manager was rude when I called the store to figure out what was going on. One small issue is the delivery driver didn’t notice the security cameras I have. That records audio and video. I’ve invested 1000+ dollars with this company and they allow their employees to lie on customers. Do NOT do business with them.

They are the WORST COMPANY I fell behind on my payments and when I called back to get my merchandise back they told me the guy told them I tried to fight him!!!! They are complete liars!!!! Do not do business with them!!!!!

Terrible!!!!!!! Went and got a PS4 for my boyfriend last Christmas for 57 dollars every 2 weeks. After 4 months of paying it suddenly went up to $71 every 2 weeks and I was told because I got it on a "Black Friday" sale.....in December. When I was a day late they harassed all my references, job and came to my house on numerous occasions. DO NOT DO IT! Go Aaron's or something else! Stay tf away
