Terrible insurance. One of two providers in Connecticut (I find it hilarious that someone posted about it being "one of the best"). I'm in my late 20s and my premium is insanely high, the cost is obtuse (Over $500) and my primary care doctor since 18 isn't covered. There is only one other company available with similar plans (I believe Anthem) with higher costs for similar plans. Thank you to the affordable care act for creating and oligopoly in Connecticut.

The place is very easy to get too off route 6. Parking lot was well lit. It was easy to get out of the parking lot back onto main road.

Connecticut Could CareLESS about my Health Care. Insurance went from $69.69 in 2017 to $179.00 in 2018. My premium went up and the co-payes went up. And, then in December 2017, they overbilled me $119.00. Still trying to re-couped that money. Between In Accessible Health (Access Health), can you please get them to send over my A34 file so that I can get reimbursed. I understand this has happened to Alot of people in CT. Refund my $119.00. And, your website sucks.

Disgusting company, avoid at all costs. they do to not pay for yearly doctors visits and bcz of their terrible service i am out hundreds of $$ ... and heading to collections bcz of their imcomptence.... i can't even put into words the awful service and out right lying they do.

Great insurance company, and most workers too. But whoever had the idea to make everyone re-register every account last year should be fired. WHY ?????
