Brought my son in on Labor Day with a ruptured ear drum. They were extremely busy (highly recommend the online check-in). The staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and put my son at ease. They even called to follow up a couple days later to make sure he was feeling better.

I have come to rely upon this center for needs such as a bad cold, back sprain, etc. I have experienced the staff and medical professionals to always be professional and courteous. I never hesitate to go to the center, I know I will receive prompt, caring treatment.

They let us in *right at closing time* when my little guy fell needed a quick check after a playground fall. Not corporate medicine! Caring staff, responsive and thorough. Better than expected experience, each time.

I walked in fifteen minutes before they closed and listened to a big fight between an employee and the receptionist about why they took me so late. Very unprofessional! Then they gave me attitude like I was inconveniencing them. I then asked if they wanted me to leave and go somewhere else they the woman said I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the resceptionist It made me feel very uncomfortable. I would never go back.
