Dry compassionate and efficient. Since I had been to UCONN before they had all my records, etc so it was easy to get to see someone. Had someone check every few minutes  to make sure everything was moving along and kept informed.  Martin Kelly was a great provider

Awful. My husband and daughter came in around 11:30am. My daughter has a very bad case of pink eye which got way worse in the 2 HOURS they waited to be seen. When my husband asked when they would be seeing my daughter the front desk said they weren’t sure. 2hrs of waiting and still not sure. At this point CCMC would have been quicker. Left and went to Hartford Hospital Urgent care after booking online and were seen right on time. Would NEVER recommend this place. 

The last and only other time we have come here the doctor told my son he had a fracture in his ankle.  Went for a second opinion at CCMC the following day and there was NOT a fracture. He was just bruised.

I have taken my children there for various illnesses, once had to have an x-ray, and they were treated correctly and promptly each time and their prescriptions were sent right to the pharmacy.  I had no wait each time I went and felt confident in the care we received - they even called to follow up after to see how my child was doing.  Great experiences each time!

Staff went above and beyond to get me in to see a physician without an appointment. 4 stars due to a problem with one of the prescriptions that delayed receipt by a day and required several follow up calls to rectify.
