The worst experience ive ever had in my entire life. The receptionist on Wilshire was the rudest person ever. Simply asked for the way to the consulado and rude af she replies the signs outside! Cant you read! Wow. If that wasnt bad enough as im leaving she decides to come shout at me. She was such a ugly person inside N out. The truth of the matter is that she shouldnt be allowed to talk to anyone like that. Its sad to see so much hate from our very own people. Ill definitely be making some phone calls on January 3 ✌

Worst place ever they never answer the phone employers are not helpful at all they are so unorganized they are rude only because people need theyre ids and passports or else this place shouldn't even exist.

I called I was on hold, But when they answered they gave me the information that I need and were polite and helpful.

And the award for worst service of the year goes to the people working here it's upsetting the fact that I need some paper work done before I leave the country and now I don't even know where else to go if I was their manager I would definitely send them back.
