We approached the Consulate General because we needed help on a project taking place in Egypt. Ambassador Lamia Mekhemar, Consul General of Egypt in Los Angeles and her staff were hospitable, kind and helpful. Their office is exemplary and should serve as a model for other government offices and officials.

Very bad behavior, the one who answered the not professional at all never said the name of the embassy nor her name. Her English is very poor and preferred to speak in Arabic. The ask the responsible person of my question without putting me on hold. The responsible person was so rude and aggressive.

My Assistant called today for a question on behalf of one of our clients. the Embassy employee, Natali, needed more information, she was told by my assistant that the client could not reach the embassy over the phone, Natali asked for his number to call the client instead. I think this is so professional and I appreciate this customer care manner. Thank you.

Horrible service they dont answer their phone or emails and facebook thet respond fast but doesnt give you the info you asking about, SHAME
