Good luck getting a response over the phone. They never answer the phone, including between 1 to 3. It's also impossible to leave a message.

Fastest service. I got my visa in 2 days after submitting my documents. Very helpful and replied to my inquiry very quickly and courteously.

It is too bad that you can't give negative stars.  I can not explain how bad their service is.  I have spent multiple days calling every 5-10 minutes during the only 2 hours they are open for calls with no one answering.  I have emailed them and have gotten no reply.  The one time I got through, they told me to email them the details to my question and that they would reply that they received it.  Of course, no reply.  Now back to the calling every 5-10 minutes hoping someone would answer.  Makes you feel very helpless when you are trying to get something important done.  Too bad there is no free market here.
