I called with questions.  An actual human being answered the phone--no computer menu!!!! And she was friendly, courteous, and professional.  And answered all my questions!!!  So refreshing to not have to spend 5 minutes or more listening to menu options and attempting to get an actual human to talk to.

This office should watch the cook county health department office in Rolling  Meadows as the guy are illegally hiding reviews  by manipulating google listings and accepting bribes, he thinks he is above the law. Northwest community Hospital mods think they are all above the law as they are illegally hiding my review and manipulating google to harass me  every day as I have evidence  that i turned in against them committing insurance fraud and they tried to kill me by denying me water..They even served me a bogus order pf protection from a corrupt judge who made a google plus in my name yesterday to spook me. The my chart site is trying to hide records from me this morning against dr peck and Dr Gandor  who is committing insurance fraud. I hope this office acts out against them hiding crimes ad harassing me. nonstop by even tossing my google plus that has evidence. This is putting me under duress.No one is helping me there.You know Sigmund Freud says you cannot analyze the Irish as they live in dreamworlds and I am not even gong to try  to State's Attorney.Go after them! Thank you for helping me for having that review up states attorneys you are the only ones who care iff I live or die. This is nervous breakdown material....Northwest hospital is the most despicable place ever. Dr Smookler if supposed to be a mediator for me and he is not even telling me where everyone is who is harassing me so he could care less about my safety. They are bullying me as is Northwest hiding the share button to intimidate me. and now they are tossing my review to hide crime and bully me.They illegally edited my review at presence too and are trying to bully me.Both facilities even disabled the share button as well. Holy family just threw my review down to harass me again .They also tossed the review I have here down this morning to harass me. They have also altared  my records leaving out a fall  and the easter sunday harassment I received violating my Hipaa. They tossed this review again to harass me states attorney. They are harassing me by not keeping that review that has been up for months !!! Dr. Emmanuel Loutrianakis M.D. is trying to intimidate me by using my name. Presence holy family tossed my review again here and violated my hipaa giving out this dr my name to stalk me sexually. They tossed my review of you again  of intimidate me  are tossing my review of them and you again and again please arrest them. They keep tossing me and harassing me.all over the internet,. Please arrest them they tossed this again. ARREST GOOGLE  they are allowing presence holy family to impersonate me on gmail and giving up the town where I live when my info is private. Google is allowing them to toss your review too. GOOGLE IS IGNORING MY TOSSES  . Dr Ghani who i wrote  a review of is committing fraud as she gave me a script in 2017 and says I have not even there since 105. She just wants the insurance money for Gout meds. She also wanted my address for some reason. What review of you guys is down. The mod at Northwest community and the mod at presence holy family  are BOTh harassing   me . Consult my google plus.
