There is no chance to get any information by phone, they Never ever answer the phone or call back.

Very disappointed in how I was treated at this location. They consistently lost my personal private info when i handed it to them personally 1 time and faxed 2 times after that i tried going back into the office to speak with the chain of command and give them my info once again and not only did i wait for two hours, but when they were made aware of the fact that i was there for so long there was still no since of ergency.. The manager Ms. Wesley is horrible and completely unprofessional. Instead of dealing with the situation: she yelled at me for wanting to stand versus sit, without knowing the situation she kicked me out, and called the police because i refused to sit down due to me sitting for so long ( no signs stating you couldnt stand). Ive never been treated so poorly in my life and with people that act the way Ms.Wesley did does not deserve to manage others. People that apply for assistance arent all out here just trying to collect. Ive worked hard since i was 16 and take pride in rarley ever asking for help but if this is how people r treated when needing help pls remember that everyone needs a helping hand sometimes dnt stop your blessings by thinking ur better than or bigger cause theres a god so much bigger. Be blessed.
