Good job, I guess.  Maintenance check took longer that usual, but then our tech is new and needs to gain experience.  No problem with that.  In fact an issue he couldn't deal with ( low pressure??)  Cool Today is sending another tech next week to look things over as we are under full warranty.

My only wish is that all could have been taken care of in the initial maintenance appointment.  Now I have to allocate a second day to air conditioning.  Certainly not the end of the world.  If it is all fixed and operating happily, then I am happy.

As always, a terrific experience. Very happy and knowledgeable service techs that sincerely want to help you move forward with your needs in an expert way.  I use Cool Today (and their subsidiaries) for my business and personal needs.  Have just continued to use them at every turn, expanding the relationship as each interaction increases the trust and interest for me to do more business with them as the need(s) arise.  Can't say enough good!

Arrived on time, did the small job for the price quoted.  We were very satisfied.  On the second visit, we had a service technician do a full service and some upgrading. He did a very thorough and complete job, and included some minor items without charge. We also got a discount. We were very pleased with the service and competence  of the technician.  We will definitely use them again.

We own an HVAC company up north, so when our Florida place needed a new AC we were pretty particular about who we chose to do the work.  Cool Today did an awesome job. Our salesman Jimmy was very prepared and thorough. The install was scheduled promptly, the installers arrived on time and went straight to work. It was a bit of a difficult job but Ivan, Austin and Carlos stuck with it from start to finish. Service manager Tom stopped by later in the day to check things out. Great experience from start to finish, thanks so much to your team of professionals, we really appreciate all of your hard work today!

Tech called ahead to alert he was coming. Arrived on time, very clean, very proper. Knew exactly what needed to be done. No fumbling around or trying to sell other services. Very professional, very clean and organized, very nice tool kit. Reed was very knowledgeable, did not waste any time, got all four units cleaned and tuned-up in less than 2 hours. Answered any questions I had with confidence and fully. Excellent service.
