Clearly, the JV team was staffing the store today.  Panini was burned, carrots and pickles were stale, coffee cold (some) or empty (others).  Men's room was locked and occupied for over 15 min (numerous sounds of banging, flushing, and paper advancing inside-perhaps being cleaned? but no signage).  I don't know if it ever was available.
I have never had such a disappointing experience at CBC).  Cookies and brownies we're tasty, tho.

It's a solid lunch place and this particular location is always packed! Their salads are fresh and delicious, especially the summer ones. Their sandwiches are mediocre and kind of a hit or miss. For me the crowning jewel is their mini chocolate bundt cake. It's very decadent, especially when served warm, absolutely delicious, fyi it's a ton of calories. The rest of the desserts are mediocre. I wouldn't suggest for dinner but fine for a lunch if you're sick of your usual routine

The staff could be more friendly and attentive, but the food was good and the service was pretty quick. I enjoyed it.

I got coffe and wanted some 2% milk and realize that the thermal milk containers had been sitting there all day. The milk was sour, I spoke with the manager and he agreed nd got me some new milk. Customer service was great but product availability was not.

We stopped in for breakfast.  The food was good and freshly made, the coffee was hot, and the server was excellent. We will go back.
