This place is lovely. I personally think they are the best strictly vegan restaurant in DC. They have fantastic food, a good variety, and a sweet selection of desserts. To top it off they also typically have a couple of decent craft beer options. Only 4 stars because the service has been really slow each time I've visited, where I've had to personally get up and talk to a server or wave them down several times. At one point I thought it was because they were busy, but this also happened when they were not busy, and the server just stop behind the bar talking to Co workers and didn't once check in with us to see if we wanted more or if we were done.

I've eaten here twice during happy hour and I love the look & feel of this place. Vegan + bar + cafe...def a gem in DC! Great for groups. Friendly staff and service is pretty good as well. Going back to try their milkshakes!

Comfort food for vegans.  I had four courses and each were very good.  The service was great, along with good conversation with others at the bar.  Had a live jazz band playing.  I found it be a great experience.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Awesome atmosphere. Landed in DC, hated it. the traffic is horrible. This place made up for the bad parts of DC. Definitely worth the effort to find parking.
