Office manager was snobbish and questioned why I was there even though she called me by name when I walked in the door as she had just called me to come in earlier than my scheduled apt. Arrived half hour early. 
Dr. CUMMINNS never showed up for my scheduled appointment although he was called several times and I waited for an hour and the office manager was rude when I questioned her trying to give me medical advice concerning an acute emergency eye issue.  She was "nice nasty" and claimed she was not only the office manager but a dr as well. I asked her specialty....
  A dentist! or DMD lol.  Ahhh... so she must have stayed in a holiday Inn express last night to be able to give advice concerning a cyst on the eye. Not sure why if she still had her dentistry license why she would be an office mang. for a dentist.  She also had her dog in the office with her.  Cool, I like dogs.  But another patient showed up and had to leave immediately bc she was extremely allergic to dogs.   The office mang. actually argued with her and after her leaving she called the patients home phone in front of us to tell the patient how her dog was hypoallergenic.   What a load of crap.   It was a king charles cavalier spaniel.

UPDATE:  Dr. Cummins was made aware of my bad experience and thought enough to send me a certified priority letter about why he missed my appointment as well as to ask me to remove my bad review bc, as he reminded me, he is a well respected and responsible "Harvard and Yale educated" professional.  
Quite frankly I understand emergencies happen. So I upgraded my review score for the effort it took to construct such a letter. If the response letter had just apologized without being pompous it would have looked much better for the good doc.  
I'm sure normally he is super helpful and eases the ophthalmological woes of many in the Westchester area.  But this is the only professional impression he has made with me.  He was aware of my appointment, that it was also an emergency, but he made the decision NOT to call his office to say that he would not make it.   In fact his staff said they called and "paged" him 3 or 4 times.  Hopefully they mean texted, as I'm sure Harvard probably teaches that now. 
I am also a medical professional and it doesn't matter if you went to Westchester Community College, Yale or Hogwarts, a no-show is a no-show. Looks like his average ratings by others is only 3.2 so I'm not that far off.
