The staff seems friendly but my hair just never comes out good at all. The last time I went my hair was uneven and looks very choppy. This is the fourth and final time. They have also become more expensive. I think I will just spend the little bit of extra money and go to Ulta.

Is there are reason other than marketing that an individual that cuts your hair needs to know your phone number and name?  

Blue Haired Assistant:  Phone number ?
Client:  Unlisted (now to most educated people this means don't ask anymore questions)
Blue Haired Assistant:  Name?
Client:  None of your business.  I'm sorry are you FBI, IRS, my doctor? You really need to know that badly?
Blue Haired Assistant: Yes
Client:  Good Bye

For all those employees that spew these questions.  I will give you mine when you give me yours.  As a client (the one with the money your corporate wants, pays your salary with, and tips 25%) I have more of a need know your contact information than you have the right to know mine.  That way I am able to call you at 2am and thank you for selling me out after filling my inbox and mailbox with useless propaganda.  If you do your job then I return, if you don't nothing will get me to come back.  

What does it say about a company when their clients personal contact information is more valuable that the money they receive from providing their service?  The funny part are all the individuals that have appeared on the news over the last 5 years crying and complaining about identity theft.

Asked for finger length then the stylist got out the trimmer and buzzes all my hair off.  $16.50 for a 2 min cut.  Didn't even get out the blow dryer.  Worst haircut ever.  Not impressed and I won't be back.
