I had been putting off getting my wedding ring spruced up. I have had it for years and only done cleanings. I didn't want to be without my ring, which is why I kept putting it off. I went in and was told it would be ready in the same day. I was even more pleased when they said they could take care of it right then and there. 30 min or so later, it looks like brand new. I am beyond pleased!!!

I came back to have my ring checked for the 6th month check up and asked for it to get polished and the middle diamond to be fixed because it had been bent. At first they said yes no problem you can pick it up in 2 days which I thought was quick and fantastic. My fiance called back the day they told us we could pick it up and they explained to him that they LOST IT! After being on the phone and talking to numerous people they ended up finding it and told us we could come get it. We drove an hour from home to come pick it up and when we got there they hadn't even fixed the middle diamond and we had to wait a whole other hour for us to finally get it back.

This Jared location is kind of right in the middle Of the road as far as customer service. I understand the “grind” can be challenging each and every day working at a jewelry store but if you don’t like where you work I would recommend finding something new. I work in customer service and always understand that people spend their hard earned money on jewelry there and have numerous competitors to choose from. I opened a Jared account (reluctantly) but did it none the less because my lady was VERY interested in a ring/diamond they had. I went back and purchased the ring and opened the account. They were pretty good at first and then kept pushing the credit card (at least 5 times). My girl got my wedding band there and gave them More of our money. It’s not that I dislike the employees there but polishing up on your customer service goes a long way. In my opinion I’d put them at about a 2. Not a GREAT experience but not terrible. Anyways, I hope someone gets something from this review.

By far the worst experience I had... Took a ring into Jared to see if they could repair. Associate or maybe manager basically treated me like I was poor and beneath her to even be helped... She showed the ring to "her top repair person" and they said it was trashed and couldn't be repaired however we could take and have it reset in a $1,647.00 setting or if that didn't work we could have it turned into a pendant. It's not the money that was the issue , Cash, Check or charge, it was the attitude I received. This ring belonged to my mom and she had passed in 2016 so keeping the ring the way she had it was important to us. I did take it to a competitor and they advised that yes it could be repaired and was totally sympathetic to the situation.. Will never step foot into another Jared!!!!!

They took good care of us and while the sales staff was a bit pushy, I never felt uncomfortable. They also seem to have great service and were able to resize the ring within a couple of hours. The store features a fun kids area to play while you are taking your time looking at jewelery. I can't make any comments about their prices as I don't know enough about the matter. They do have a good selection of various designers within all typical price ranges for jewelery.
