I bought my wife’s engagement ring, and we both purchased our wedding bands here.  We have had nothing less than a fantastic experience.  Jennifer was a huge help with picking out the diamond and the overall customer service is everything that you could ask for from a small business.  I would compare anything that you find at a corporate store to what The Diamond Gallery has to offer and I would almost guarantee that they can get you a better quality product for a better price.  

The employees are a reflection of the owner’s personality as well. He showed genuine excitement and enthusiasm before the proposal and even more generosity when we returned to have her ring re-sized. 

We moved out of state now and they still worked with us to safely mail in the ring for repair and cleaning!  This is how every business should treat their customers, but not many do it this well!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE - I had an heirloom ring from my late grandmother. Jennifer helped me determine market value and was extremely kind and fair as well as sensitive to our recent loss. She is great and I will be doing business there again. Very fair, highly recommended.

My go to jewelry store!  Having been blessed with 2 daughters, well you know the rest.  I have been in often ever since they entered high school and now that they are out on their own nothing seems to change.  I am recognized and greeted as I enter the store which is always nice and the staff is always helpful and fun.  Don't change a thing unless it's for the better!

So glad to have found this jeweler. I’m pretty particular who I leave my jewelry with and couldn’t have been happier. They did a great job on fixing 3 bracelets for me and they did such a great job cleaning everything including my diamond ring. Definitely would and have recommended this jeweler. Associates couldn’t have been more pleasant and store is beautiful 😊

They were wonderful !! My 94 year old father gave us his old Timex watches!! They serviced them and put new watch bands on tgem !! They are beautiful something we will treasure for a long time!! Thank you !!
