Food is always great but service is slow on a semi-regular basis. Our waiter tonight was terrible. Conner, Maybe? Maybe he was new, idk, but his family was seated next to us and he spent all night talking to them and running their food, filling their drinks, etc. Took forever to get our drink order, then he forgot our appetizer, so the manager gave it to us for free, which is great. When we finally caught him to ask for water refills he went straight back to his family's table so I proceeded to go find water myself and was met by a nice young waitress who helped me instead. When we asked for the bread, he went back to his family's table.. I don't think he brought us anything except our check the entire night, everyone else had to do his job because he was always at his family's table. In all honesty, he may have been a good waiter, I don't know, but with his family being there and he spending all his time with them, it made for a bad experience for everyone else in his section tonight. Thank you to the other two waitresses and manager for helping us tonight.

It started off great we never had a problem getting in and out for our 1 hour lunch break but the last 3 times we have been there we barely got waited on and had like 10 minutes to eat by the time we got our food. The waitresses took our order but then you never saw them again. No drink refills and no one ever checked on us again. Today we were greeted by a blonde hostess that must hate her job. She never smiled once to anyone. Then we sat for 10 minutes and we were getting ready to walk out when a gal named Morgan who was working in the kitchen brought out food to another table noticed us and asked said she noticed we had not been greeted at all and wondered if she could get us some drinks. When we told her we were ready to walk out she apologized and took our orders and delivered our food with a smile. We wanted to tip her but she declined and politely said as long as we were taken care of that was all that mattered to her. I think this Morgan should be the Manager. She was great and we will be back thanks to her. The food is always great and it's sad that it's the service that's running people off. Thank you Morgan : )

I have eaten at Cotton Patch several times and the food and the service has always been great. They even sent me a coupon in a text for a free dinner on my 1 year anniversary of joining their e-club. Keep up the good work!

Had the chicken fried chicken tonight and it was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentative and Manager dropped by to see that everything was great. An overall great dining experience.

Ordered steak - medium and baked potato. Steak came out rare, potato was so cold bitter would not melt. Our server never came back so I asked for the manager. 10 minutes later he comes out, I explained situation, he pit same steak back on grill and nuked my potato. Brought it back and never came back to see how things were. Not even offered a discount. By this time my boyfriend was already done eating. Customer service was the worst I've seen... and I was in the restaurant business for over 20 years!
