I normally don't write comments but my experience was like no other! First of all the customer service was horrible. The lady at the register had an attitude. Then she starts playing with her hair while handling food. Gross! I picked up my order but when I got home it was nasty. The enchiladas were falling apart, they were cold, and the sauce had a strange taste. Rice was mushy. Chicken was dry. We ordered two family meals and spent $60...save your money!! **Response from owner - please save your response, I see that you say the same to every negative review...Hopefully you will actually do something about it.

Until today I was only familiar with their location on Greenville Avenue in Dallas Texas, I I placed an order through GrubHub and it went to their store in Wylie Texas since I am in Garland. I ordered a chicken enchiladas the tortilla soup a side of beans and a side of rice the driver showed up ahead of schedule and my tortilla soup was piping hot and delicious. I even called the store to thank them for such great service since it is New Year's Eve and I am feeling a little under the weather and I really needed that hot soup. Thank you Cowboy Chicken and thank you to the great driver whose last name is Burns. I already knew that Cowboy Chicken was good but now I know that they're even better Happy New Year to everyone at Cowboy Chicken and God bless all of y'all.

nice quiet place. food is really good, and the Apple tea is terrific. My wife hates chicken, and she liked it...that's saying something

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food at this location. I was so excited that we were going to have a Cowboy Chicken since I love their enchiladas and cobbler. I finally ordered there yesterday and the enchiladas were very dry, not what I expected, rolls were dry and stale and the cobbler was RAW. I am not kidding, I think they got confused and just put raw batter in the container. I bought 2 large portions so it wasn't an inexpensive lesson. I cannot believe that this location is so terrible compared to the one I have eaten at before. With all of the chicken places in Wylie, you really need to step up your game. Raw cobbler was so disgusting.

This five star review is ONLY for the one on Preston road in Dallas. Their staff is awesome. Delivery is fast. They give you fresh food, never soggy and delivery is fast. They don't skimp on portions either. Other locations are not so great. This one reminds me of the one I went to in the 80's in the Greenville area.
